Changed for the worse, customer service has gone down

Worst insurance company ever if I could give them no stars I would. Do your self a favor don't deal with them.

This company is a nightmare always give the run around never a straight answer. I was told by the guy on the phone that my rental would be 100% covered because I wasn't at fault. Then the rental company calls saying they're charging me because the insurance company isn't covering it. The guy I was dealing with was on holiday so I was sent to sue Dawson who was no help and refused to even look at what was going on.

Not a stand up company at all. My daughter was hit by a car and suffered a brain injury when she was 3 yrs old. According to these people she should be better!!! We ask for very little, we have never taken advantage of the situation. Brain injury patients require years of treatment for different things ( told to use by our Specialist at Bloorview Rehabilitation, but not a little girl. Nope... she should be better. During a pandemic... fear all around they have denied her social worker who sees her once a week to deal with her anxiety. Please use any insurance other then Optimum.
