This company does telemarketing on Friday evenings at 7:00 PM, the night before the Easter long weekend! Furthermore, it's puzzling how they can know the expiry date of my insurance policy when I don't know them at all! Unethical practices. I do NOT recommend doing business with them. 0 stars

I called this broker for a quote. After reviewing my needs with an agent, he told me he would call me back in a few days with the price. He never called back, so I called again to leave a message... still no response after 10 days, no sign of life.

I had an accident more than 12 days ago. I left a message the day after my accident and a return call a week later. Return calls are not their best strengths. To be honest, yes, they have good prices, but at what price, really. It wasn't the first time I called and no response, but this time I would have appreciated help for my accident. I've never complained before, and there you go, sort out your troubles.
