Amazing customer service

Pretty good
Olson & Smith Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Olson & Smith Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Family business feel

Okay but not great
Used Olson & Smith Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
