Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Oliver & Stanley Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Oliver & Stanley Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Oliver & Stanley Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
