Could be better
The rates Oliver Insurance Ltd. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Okay but not great
Used Oliver Insurance Ltd. for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Solid broker
Oliver Insurance Ltd. is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Oliver Insurance Ltd.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
Oliver Insurance Ltd. helped me find auto insurance after I moved to St. John's. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Room for improvement
Oliver Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Oliver Insurance Ltd. on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.
