Family business feel
Oliver & Baldwin Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Oliver & Baldwin Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Oliver & Baldwin Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
