Frankly, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Being told they won't cover my damages because window sills are considered outside the house is ridiculous! Especially since the woman handling my case was never courteous or empathetic! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Even my broker was so discouraged for me that she cancelled her contract with them. If you want my advice, choose elsewhere and read the terms and conditions carefully because they clearly prioritize their profits over providing good service to their clients, who are then stuck paying for hidden defects after purchase! It's truly sad! Months of waiting for this...
