Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through OakRiver Insurance Partners. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about OakRiver Insurance Partners. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
OakRiver Insurance Partners was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
