Slow and unresponsive
OakLake Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Insurance made simple

Helpful but slow
The broker at OakLake Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Five stars all around
Switched to OakLake Brokerage on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.
