Helpful but slow
The broker at Oak Risk Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Family business feel

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Oak Risk Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Oak Risk Solutions. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Oak Risk Solutions lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
