Average experience
My experience with Oak Financial & Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Room for improvement
Oak Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Oak Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
