Good value
I appreciate that Nova Insurance Services shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Nova Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Nova Insurance Services. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Nova Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
