Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Nova Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Nova Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Nova Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
