Could be better
The rates NorthView Risk Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with NorthView Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Made insurance easy

Mixed feelings

Lost my documents
