Good value
I appreciate that NorthView Risk Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used NorthView Risk Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Good overall experience

Mixed feelings

Helpful but slow
