Lost my documents
NorthStone Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Helpful but slow
The broker at NorthStone Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
