Poor communication
My biggest issue with NorthHaven Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience

Slow and unresponsive
NorthHaven Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
