Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with NorthGlen Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and NorthGlen Financial & Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with NorthGlen Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
NorthGlen Financial & Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Alma. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about NorthGlen Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
