Five stars all around
Switched to NorthGate Financial & Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Slow and unresponsive
NorthGate Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
