Helpful staff
The staff at Northern Insurance Agency were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Northern Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Pretty good
Northern Insurance Agency helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.
