Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through NorthDale Insurance Agency. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Pretty good

Could be better
The rates NorthDale Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at NorthDale Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
