Amazing customer service

Does the job

Room for improvement
NorthBrook Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with NorthBrook Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
