Good cheap insurance but i wasnt happy about $150 rewrite fee to redo my relapsed coverage(had my trucked parked for the last two months at my cabin) other than that it cost me $408 +$150 rewrite fee to insure my 92 gmc sonoma for a year

Staff are consistently available and are great to talk to best rates in town for a home insurance from what I found

My niece called to get a vehicle insurance quote and the lady she spoke to was rude and didn’t want to answer any questions. This happened a few different times until my niece finally gave up. This is my nieces first time getting insurance and she was treated like that. I had my niece call Hub and she got her insurance set up the same day.

Was ready to insure my car with them as I needed my car insured for the New Year. The lady on the phone told me not until January 3rd and was a bit rude about. I explained that I need insurance before the 3rd. She just said NO sorry and hung up on me without any explanation or reason. At least be nice to the potential customer and explain the reasons. Don't be rude. Too bad.
