Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Nolan Insurance Ltd.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Nolan Insurance Ltd. was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Room for improvement
Nolan Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Nolan Insurance Ltd. on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.
