Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Nolan & Chen Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Nolan & Chen Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Nolan & Chen Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
