Satisfied customer
Overall satisfied with Nicol Insurance. They set up our condo insurance and explained the coverage well. The quote process could be faster.

Room for improvement
Nicol Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Nicol Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Slow and unresponsive
Nicol Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Pretty good

Helpful but slow
The broker at Nicol Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
