Lost my documents
Nicholson & Young Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Slow and unresponsive
Nicholson & Young Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
