Pretty good
NewWood Insurance Group helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Five stars all around

Helpful but slow
The broker at NewWood Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Slow and unresponsive
