Could be better
The rates NewStar Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Okay but not great
Used NewStar Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about NewStar Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
