Five stars all around
Switched to NewRiver Financial & Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Could be better
The rates NewRiver Financial & Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from NewRiver Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with NewRiver Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
