Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through NewPort Insurance Services. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with NewPort Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Reliable broker

Mixed feelings
