Couldn't be happier

Does the job
NewMount Insurance Agency helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Rouyn-Noranda. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with NewMount Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates NewMount Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with NewMount Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
