Amazing customer service

Five stars all around

Okay but not great
Used Newman & Holmes Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job
Newman & Holmes Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to St. John's. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Newman & Holmes Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
