Multi-policy savings

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with NewHaven Insurance Solutions. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Room for improvement
NewHaven Insurance Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with NewHaven Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
