Family business feel
NewGrove Insurance Solutions has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Solid broker
NewGrove Insurance Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with NewGrove Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
