Insurance made simple
As a newcomer to Drummondville, Nelson & Spencer Insurance made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in Quebec clearly.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Nelson & Spencer Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Helpful staff
The staff at Nelson & Spencer Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Nelson & Spencer Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
