Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Nelson & Associates Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
Used Nelson & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Couldn't be happier

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Nelson & Associates Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
