Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Navigator Insurance Solutions was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Navigator Insurance Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Navigator Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Navigator Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Reliable broker
Been with Navigator Insurance Solutions for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

I appreciate that Navigator Insurance Solutions shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.
