Family business feel

Couldn't be happier

Good value
I appreciate that National Insurance Group shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used National Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Lost my documents
National Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
