Good value
I appreciate that National Brokerage shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Room for improvement
National Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Lost my documents
National Brokerage lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
