She had lots of patience and did a quick and awesome job!

I would give six stars to this place if it were possible! Tatiana was absolutely amazing and extremely patient, explaining in detail everything I needed to know about the bureaucracy and fees related to the new car I had purchased here, even though I arrived close to closing time.
