In my own personal experience - they have done nothing but provide quick and helpful service for my insurance needs from leisure vehicles (my motorcycle), my home, or my everyday vehicles, always able to get me covered. A breath of fresh air to have actual customer service by people who don’t seem to just care because it’s their job, but also because they seem to just be into providing meaningful service because they seem like genuine awesome people.
