Solid broker
Murphy & Associates Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Murphy & Associates Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Murphy & Associates Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
