Two people called me to proceed with an application and they weren’t aware of it which is strange. I was charged an arm and a leg, basically insurance for two cars but I only have one! Never go with a broker go directly through companies themselves. Shop around. UPDATE: had to waste time at the bank this morning because the broker didn’t do his job and didn’t cancel the order with the insurance company. I was therefore charged the amount to my bank account. NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Van, you suck, honest.
