Amazing customer service
The staff at Morris & Ramsey Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Morris & Ramsey Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Morris & Ramsey Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Okay but not great

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Morris & Ramsey Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
