Room for improvement
Morris & Graham Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good value
I appreciate that Morris & Graham Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Does the job
Morris & Graham Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Cochrane. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Morris & Graham Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
