Amazing customer service

Helpful but slow
The broker at Morris & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Morris & Co. Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Morris & Co. Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
