Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Morgan & Logan Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Five stars all around
Switched to Morgan & Logan Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Could be better
The rates Morgan & Logan Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Morgan & Logan Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Morgan & Logan Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Good value
I appreciate that Morgan & Logan Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Morgan & Logan Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Morgan & Logan Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
