Okay but not great
Used Montgomery & Oliver Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Montgomery & Oliver Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Montgomery & Oliver Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Montgomery & Oliver Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Montgomery & Oliver Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
