Reliable broker
Been with Mitchell & Riley Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Mitchell & Riley Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Mitchell & Riley Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
